Heeeellllloooooooo Guys and Gals....
it's been so long and since free i'm here again...
ok many will be wondering why am i here in a weekday, it's due to the off given 4 running 21k Army half Marathon.. tat concluded wat i did on the weekend lol after the run went to eat wif ter and home we went.. now training for either stand chart and definitely Singapore bialaton (run and swim)..
ok the run was ok.. took my time and completed it within e 2hr and 45 mins i completed in 2.15 hrs slow but steady and because of the singlet i'm wearing i was not allow to walk haizz so i have to slow jog all the way.. haha and i saw many who ran fast and did a good job like e commandos guards and many army personal.. SAF is producing many great soldiers..
hmm so lets tok abt last week went out wif e gang and of couse another splendid weekend and looking forward to the 1 this week.. okie dudes nth much to blog abt le lei hmmm next time ba cya again..
