Hey dudes... it's just another Saturday
Looked thrued my older post and went through over again the feelings i had while writing the post.. my graduation, hellweek, and the list just goes on, complaining tat when it's ever gonna finish complaining tat trainee life is too long, complaining that training hinders my life.. my touchful words on graduation and although i had been scared before enlistment, before hellweek (remembering troops of instructors for the hard morderate and easy shift marching in to give us hell and make their point on the 1st hour). but the pride i felt when i graduate when i was given a chance to do something NO OTHER NSF could have even come close trying, it maybe tough, it maybe tired, it may even make u go crazy anticipating everyday's tekan.. but at the end of the day it all depends on you as you make your life interesting..
Recently i've been following a strict diet in camp and a hard routine of exercises.. BUt don worry dudes weekend is my cheat days meaning i eat anything on weekends.. 2 day don kill ya?.
But even though weekend are suppose planed to slack i still go for constant swim to think and relax my mind... Swimming really helps ya.. enjoying the sun, thinking planning of wat to do and at the same time getting fit.. keeping to a strict diet just needs dicipline thats all as a lot of replacement of food can be found like example, almonds are good sources of fats and can keep u full for a long time without really fattens u, the everyday wholemeal bread and healthy peanut butter tat cost $4.50 per can.. and wad made it easier was tat there are people inside doing too so i'm not lonely as we motivating each other and reminding not to surcome to our taste buds and of course swim run jump together..
having a pal doing the same things as u make the hardest things in earth jus seems so easily accomplish.
ok la my body and mental is totally wasted jus shag out for the past week dono y too haha.. sleeps again
